Ready to Press Transfers
- All sales are final.
- All transfers are non-refundable.
- No returns accepted.
- By purchasing a Ready to Press Transfer, you agree you are responsible for the outcome of your end product. You will use the correct equipment and follow the application instructions. Application errors are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns for Other Products
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we send a prepaid return label with packing steps. Items sent without approval are not accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
- Custom and personalized products are not returnable.
- Perishables, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not returnable.
- Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges
Return the item first. After approval, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer might need extra time to post the refund. If 15 business days pass after approval and no refund appears, email patriotartdesign@gmail.com.
